Equipment Components:Â
Utilizing an upper shearing and lower welding structure, the hydraulic shearing machine and butt welding machine employ a cantilever structure, allowing for relocation after shearing and welding.
The shearing blade is made of carbide, requiring no sharpening even after prolonged normal use.
The base features movable casters and a track, enabling flexible movement of the equipment, suitable for both indoor and outdoor placement.
Operating Procedure:Â
After cutting the sheet metal, place it in the machine, press the switch to begin welding. Automatic centering and the welding torch’s movement result in a smooth, strong weld seam, free of burrs, and resistant to breakage.
