What strip widths and thicknesses can your machines process?
Our Strip Edge Trimming Lines process steel strip with widths from 5 to 200 mm and thicknesses from 0.02 to 6.0 mm. Our oscillating winders handle strip widths from 5 to 40 mm.
What machine sizes and configurations are available?
We offer compact, medium and large machine classes for the Strip Edge Trimming Line. Our oscillating winders are available in single-spool configurations as well as multiple-spool versions with 6, 8, 12 or 18 spools.
What materials can be processed?
In addition to steel, our machines process copper and fully-soft O-temper aluminum, including grades 1050 and 1060. We also offer a dedicated copper/aluminum machine that handles strip up to 1300 mm wide and 8 mm thick.
What are the winding speed and spool capacity?
The typical winding speed is 150 m/min, with a maximum speed of 400 m/min. Each spool can hold up to 2 MT of strip.
