The 800 Type 12-Head Oscillating Winding Line is designed to meet the rigorous demands of modern steel strip and cable manufacturing. By integrating a heavy-duty base frame with cutting-edge servo technology, this multi-head traverse spooler guarantees
uniform coil density, neat edge alignment, and minimal operator intervention.

Main Structural Features
Robust Base & Moving Frame: Constructed from premium-grade steel and welded with CO2 gas shielding, followed by professional aging treatment for maximum structural stability. The moving frame slides on high-precision linear guides, driven by a ball screw for smooth reciprocating motion.
High-Precision Traverse Mechanism: Equipped with industrial-grade 45# linear guides and ball screws. The traverse movement is directly powered by a dedicated servo motor, ensuring exact pitch control and flawless oscillating winding.
Reliable Transmission System: Power is efficiently transferred from the main servo motor through a premium speed reducer and pulley system to the main shaft, ultimately driving the spool via a rigid coupling plate.
Advanced Tension Control: Features a dynamic dancer roll (accumulator) system. A linear displacement sensor continuously monitors the position of the dancer roll, feeding data to the PLC to automatically adjust the recoiler’s rotational speed, maintaining constant tension.
Intelligent Electrical Control: Fully integrated with high-performance servo drivers and a central PLC. This architecture allows for stepless speed regulation of both the main driving motor and the traverse servo motor, easily managed via the intuitive 7-inch touch screen.
