Product Introduction
This automatic four-module steel strip edge trimming machine is an integrated metal strip processing line combining progressive strip edge conditioning with an 800-type oscillating winder.
The line is designed for stainless steel, high-carbon steel and high-nickel alloy strip with a width range of 8–30 mm and a thickness range of 0.2–3.0 mm. The four processing modules can be configured for edge trimming, deburring, chamfering and rounded-edge processing.
After edge processing, the integrated traverse spooler distributes the narrow strip evenly across the spool width. This allows longer strip lengths to be collected on a wide spool while maintaining controlled tension and an organized winding pattern.
