Equipment Description:

 

4 polishing heads for Hairline Machine

1. Rack: steel plate steel welding, annealing and stress treatment, large gantry milling machine milling plane and boring machine boring processing;

2. Lifting mechanism: the worm wheel lifter screw synchronous electric lift, the platform height can be precisely adjusted, and the lift height is digitally displayed by the altimeter;

3. Conveying roller and Pressing roller: seamless tube welding and processing iron core, outer wear-resistant imported acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, roller surface length 1600mm, diameter 130mm;

4. Transmission mechanism: 4KW motor worm gear reducer is driven by universal joint sprocket chain, frequency control;

5. Hairline roller: seamless tube made of iron core, outer wear-resistant imported acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, diameter 160mm, worm gear reducer drive, micro worm gear synchronous manual adjustment lift, can also be fine-tuned on one side.

6. Passive upper steel roll: seamless tube production, hard surface chrome plating on the roller surface; cylinder top tight belt, belt specification: 2620mmX1580mm 

7. Broken wire grinding head is operated separately and frequency control is adopted.

The host computer corresponds to the electrical cabinet, making it easy to assemble or repair.

 

The HL series provides straightening wire grinding services for metal materials or flat plates. This series of equipment has two processing methods: dry polishing or oil polishing. The annular abrasive belt is placed outside the sand lift at extremely low speed. Through the downward pressure during the sand preparation period, the abrasive belt pulls out straight lines on the metal surface. After processing by the unit, Straight wire HL board has clear surface texture, and the inclination of the straight grain within 2 meters in the longitudinal direction does not exceed 2mm. The equipment has the characteristics of low sand belt loss rate.

We have two hairline of sanding rollers, three hairline heads of sand rollers, and four hairline heads  of sand roller models for customers to choose from. Customers can obtain metal art effects with controllable depth and depth of silk pattern density by adjusting parameter settings and replacing abrasive belts.

Q2: How to visit your company?

Q3:How long will you send the proposal and offer?

A3:We need you provide your material data and your requirement for  machine,then we can give you offer within 2-3 days.

Q4: What is your payment term and lead time?

A4: We usually accept 30% deposit ( the strip edge trimming machine line need 50%), the balance must be paid before shippment ,or 70% is irrevocable LC at sight ; the lead time : we generally need about 90 days after getting deposit .

Q5: How to install the machine and the engineer  fee,and warranty?

A5: We will send one or two engineer to install the machine in customer plant,the customer need bear the visa fee/flight ticket/accommodation during installation ,and give 80 usd subsidy to engineer; installation and training time : it usually need about 10-25 days with the cooperation  from customer  ,depend on the size of machine .
