The state-of-the-art equipment was dispatched from our manufacturing facility in Foshan, destined for Stelco Limited, a highly respected name in India’s steel manufacturing industry.

The foundation of this successful partnership was laid in 2023 when Mr. Gaurav Jindal and his delegation from Stelco Limited visited our company. During their visit, the Stelco team conducted a comprehensive evaluation of our technological capabilities and manufacturing processes. Recognizing our expertise in coil processing equipment, they officially confirmed the order for this customized four-module line.

In August 2024, prior to the shipment, Mr. Jindal and his team returned to our Foshan factory to conduct a rigorous final equipment inspection. The machine successfully passed all factory acceptance tests, demonstrating exceptional stability and precision, which earned high praise from the Stelco delegation.

This delivery is not just a successful transaction; it represents a major breakthrough for our company as it is the first high-end edge trimming line we have exported to India. • Applicable Materials: Carbon steel, high carbon steel, stainless steel, etc. (Compliant with DIN EN 10140 – fine).
• Tensile Strength: 1000 – 1600 N/mm².
• Material Hardness: HRC 30-52° (Note: Limited by blade material, hardness is inversely proportional to trimming speed. Higher hardness requires lower speeds for optimal results).
• Strip Thickness: 0.2 – 2.5 mm. (Due to technical factors, thickness and width are inversely proportional during operation. When processing 0.2mm thickness, the minimum width is 80mm).
• Strip Width: 10 – 150 mm. (When processing the maximum thickness of 2.5mm, the maximum width is 60mm).
• Line Speed: 0 – 180 m/min (Adjustable without load). (Actual operational speed is intelligently adapted based on material properties, cooling methods, edge profile requirements, and load capacity).
